Star Citizen
With over nine years of dedicated work on Star Citizen—starting as a Senior Designer and now as the Design Director of the Montreal Tech team—I have led numerous UI/UX projects to enhance the player experience and our internal tools used by game developers and the support team.
Guided by a holistic design philosophy, I develop strategies and designs to integrate the web platform with the game through our suite of community tools. I also lead the design of all e-commerce initiatives, which have helped raise $700M for the project.
Other key achievements include creating immersive experiences like the Starmap and chat interfaces, and implementing a robust design system compatible with over 15 in-game spaceship manufacturers.

PleaseFix is a state-of-the-art SaaS platform that transforms bug reporting for the gaming industry. Trusted by leading studios like Ubisoft for Rainbow Six Siege, as well as Star Citizen and Deep Rock Galactic, this tool is crucial for improving game development workflows and quality.
Our comprehensive multi-brand design system enables us to onboard new clients quickly with customized interfaces that seamlessly integrate into their platforms. Our mission includes direct engagement with game developers to enhance their workflow, while providing a user-friendly experience for players to submit detailed bug reports.
